We have exceeded our goal of raising $100,000 dollars by September 15th! Praise God! We have created a video to thank all those who have supported us!

Last week, Catalina Foothills Church traveled from Tucson, Arizona to the San Carlos Apache Reservation to participate in an Amor Mission Trip.  Here is a short video that W. Ashley Maddox of Missionary Films put together that captures their Amor Mission Trip in an incredible way…take a moment to watch the film as it showcases how the San Carlos Apache’s live, the homes that are being built, local and visiting children playing, the Apache’s showing their love by offering food to the group, and so much more.

Amor’s X Project is a mission trip for individuals.  Two weekends ago, August 13-15, another family received a home from a group of individuals (some that knew each other and others that did not) that joined together in Jesus’ name.

There is TWO more X Project trips scheduled for 2010 – September 3-5 and October 9.   The September 3-5 X Project is a 3-day build and we are framing the trip as a “reunion trip” for all past Amor volunteers, staff, and participants.  We would love to have you all there!  The October 9th X Project is a 1-day house build…ya, build an entire house in one day!  Want to go?  Learn more here.
