How did you spend Memorial Day weekend? We built homes!

Amor hosted a Three Day trip for individuals in two of the locations that we serve. 17 people (9 in Rosarito, Mexico and 8 in San Carlos, Arizona) spent three days building homes for families in need.

Many of these individuals had never met, some had never had been on a previous Amor trip, but they all shared something in common; the idea that everyone, everywhere, deserves adequate shelter, a place to call home. And so with this belief in common they joined forces to do something about it!

Together they were able to complete a home for the Catalan Serrano family in Rosarito and move a house closer to completion for the Victor family on the San Carlos Apache Reservation. A big thank you to all who participated!
